Friends Of The Arts

Friends Of The Arts is a non-profit organization of parents, teachers, and, administrators committed to supporting and advocating the visual and performing arts in the Mountain Lakes School District. FOTA creates an awareness of the benefits derived from students' participation in arts programs and recognizes the achievements of individual and group efforts.

What a Fabulous Night of Music featuring MLHS, Briarcliff, Wildwood and, Rockaway Valley Band Students.

We off a huge Thank You to all of our band students for sharing their talents as they created beautiful music for the community. Bravo!!!!!!

 

Calling All Boosters!

FOTA is looking for individuals and businesses interested in advertising in the MLHS concerts, shows and other arts-related program booklets. For an annual fee, we will happily print well-wishes, business cards, you name it! Let the Mountain Lakes community know you support the arts! MLHS Spring Musical 2009 presents: "Cinderella" written by Rogers and Hammerstein

What a fabulous production! Rave reviews abound for the cast and crew of "Cinderella". Congratulations to all who worked so hard on this wonderful musical. Bravo!!!

 

Fall Productions of MLHS presents: "The Enchanted Pig" written by Charles Ludlam.

Congratulations to the cast and crew for the many fabulous performances of "The Enchanted Pig". All of the patrons, children and adults, found it fascinating, fun, and very entertaining. Bravo!

Graduating Seniors interested in applying for the FOTA Scholarship may pick up an application in the Guidance Office. This scholarship is available to students who have shown an active interest in the arts and share their talents in the Community. Application deadline is May 15th. Congratulations to the 2008 recipients;
