Teacher of the Deaf: Lake Drive Programs has an immediate full time position open teacher of the deaf for The Sound Start Early Intervention. Responsibilities include small group instruction, parent education, evaluation, and home visits. The teacher will be a member of a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, SLP, social work, and psychology.
Lake Drive is dedicated to providing unbiased information to families about options for learning language and speech. Knowledge of both auditory-oral and total communication strategies preferred.
