The Mountain Lakes Educational Foundation grant has provided Briarcliff seventh graders with a new science lab, including:

• new student furniture
• all new cabinets
• access to electricity at each lab station with pull-down, retractable power cords
• large magnetic white board
• new floorplan, increasing space between desks and improving the safety

  of the students as they move about the room, especially during labs
• ADA compliant safety shower and eyewash
• grow lights under the wall cabinets which will be used to do experiments with plants
• Smartboard technology
