   GRANT PROCESS AND OBJECTIVES

  • GRANT COMMITTEE   

    The Grant Committee is composed of seven Trustee members and chaired by the First Vice President.  It includes the President, First Vice President, Treasurer and 
    (4) trustees.

    The Grant Committee meets to review grants on a quarterly and as needed basis.

    GRANT PROPOSAL FORMAT (GRANT APPLICATION)

    Narrative - (3) pages maximum.

    Description:  Describe your background and qualifications along with how you are involved with the project.

    Goals and Objectives:  Please explain your project including:
    a.  A statement of its primary purpose and the need or problem that you seek to address.
    b.  The population that you plan to serve and how this population will benefit from the project.
    c.  Strategies that you will employ to implement your project.
    d.  Anticipated length of the project.
    e.  What will your project accomplish?

    Funding Request
    a.  Explain the details of all anticipated expenditures includiing expenses and necessary equipment.
    b.  List all sources of income for the project, actual and prospective, with amounts.

    Evaluation
    a. Describe your criteria for a successful project - how you will measure the effectiveness of your project.
    b.  Describe the results you expect to have achieved.
